There is no account and no bank connection: data stays on the device and in the user's own iCloud. Privacy and data

• No Fineyo account and no developer-run database of user finances. Financial records live on the device and in the user's iCloud when sync is enabled.
• Fineyo AI uses Apple's speech recognition and Apple Intelligence on the iPhone to turn speech into transactions. Nothing the user says is sent to Fineyo.
• Anonymous analytics and crash diagnostics are collected and are not linked to the user's identity.

FAQ

Is Fineyo free? Fineyo is free to download and use, with limits on accounts, budgets and categories. Fineyo Premium removes the limits and unlocks Spaces. It is available as a weekly, monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

Do I need to create an account? No. There is no sign-up and no Fineyo account. Data is stored on the device and synced through the user's own iCloud.

Is Fineyo available on Android, Windows or the web? No. Fineyo is an Apple-only app for iPhone, with a companion Apple Watch app. iPad and macOS versions are coming soon.

Does Fineyo connect to my bank? No. Fineyo does not use bank connections. Transactions are added manually, by voice with Fineyo AI, with Siri and Shortcuts, automatically from Apple Pay via a Shortcuts automation, or imported from a CSV file.

Can I move my data from another app? Yes. Export a CSV file from the other app and import it in Settings, Data, Import data. Fineyo lets you map columns and validates rows before importing. Everything can be exported back to CSV at any time.

Can I share a budget with my partner or family? Yes, with Spaces. A Premium user can create a shared space and invite any number of members, who all see and edit the same transactions, budgets and accounts. Sharing runs over the space owner's iCloud.

Can you see my financial data? No. Fineyo is built around a privacy-first approach. Your financial records stay under your control and are stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud storage when sync or backup features are enabled.

How does Fineyo AI work? Fineyo AI turns a spoken sentence like "Coffee 4.50 today" into transactions using your existing categories and accounts. Apple's speech recognition converts speech to text, and Apple Intelligence understands it on the iPhone. Nothing the user says is sent to Fineyo. It needs iOS 26 or later on an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence.

Does Fineyo work offline? Yes. You can add, edit, and manage transactions without an internet connection. Sync, backup, and exchange rate updates need internet access.

Can I sync Fineyo across my Apple devices? Yes. Fineyo supports iCloud-based sync and backup so your data can stay available across compatible Apple devices signed in with the same Apple ID.

Can I use Fineyo on all my devices with one subscription? Yes. Your subscription can be used across compatible Apple devices connected to the same Apple ID.

Can I share my subscription with family members? Fineyo supports Apple's Family Sharing capabilities when they are available for your App Store account and subscription settings.
